Captain submitted a new resource:

Rapier Blood Build - Mos popular build for the Finisher artifact

Finisher is the best option for this build. To obtain the Finisher you will need to kill Montrapala the Unruled for the drop.

Ability rotation: Tondo > Flurry > Tondo > Flourish/Finish

You can skip the 2nd Tondo if cooldowns are up.
